If you're delivering here make sure you use a loo before you arrive. 3 portaloos on site, 1 locked, 1 a mess and the only one that flushed stunk to high heaven. It was vile. 21st century and still have to put up with this. Get them serviced as they are a disgrace.
So far it's 1* due to the poor response concerning a part failure while under guarantee. Persistent reference to 'policy' seemed to prevent an act of common sense & good faith... pity.... Rayburn has been in the family since 1966. Let's see if my rating will change once I've been in touch with Geoff Killer, the MD....
Non existent customer service. No response to emails or phone calls. Gas cooker developed a fault two months after purchase, so well within warranty, but AGA not interested in arranging a repair.
Awful place to work, it's like working in a victorian sweat shop, you get sworn at, shouted at, staff facilities are beyond 3rd world it's disgusting.
Best cookers in the world bar none. Don't waste time looking at our competitors. Simply not on our level
