First time in here for a long time. Was not a disappointment. The service was impeccable. The guy who took our order asked if we had any allergies, he came and checked if we needed vegan cheese ect on the burgers we ordered. Was a nice touch to be asked!  The food was outstanding, we were impressed with entire experience and service here.nWe will definitely come again for sure and look out for entertainment in the future.

First time visit today to The Royal Oak, having passed many times before but not stopped off to check it out and give a review before.nnThe staff member who served me at the bar was polite, happy and friendly - giving a warm welcome from the start. Everyone else working here give off the same impression too.nnMusic at a comfortable level, temperature and light all just right for a great relaxed visit.nnOutside at front and back, there is tonnes of space to sit. With sheltered spots for that British weather.nnOnly one small note for improvement, but doesn't impact my visit at all. Could do with getting one of the Gents toilet door locks repaired and the soap dispenser. There was soap there in a bottle on the side though.nnVery glad popped in here this afternoon just for a drink this time, will definitely return again and try some of the food too as looked delicious! Thanks for the nice experience.

I visited this pub and I asked for a medium well steak and it came back with a raw pink inside and juice covering my plate. Cajun fries were alright. Took our drinks away for some reason and replaced them with smaller ones although paying for full sized ones.

Royal Oak is a British pub style place close to Halesowen with a nice kitchen that makes tasty food. There is a huge sitting area and an extension outside if you want to get some fun. They also have free parking and do one of those scan codes to make orders online. The wait time wasn't bad too. Nice experience all together.

Just had Nachos ordered here via Uber Eats and just look at the state of them!!nWhat did you do guys - just empty a bag of cheap Lidl Tortilla Chips into a tray then squirt of a bit of cheap melted American cheese slices and then graciously throw in a few flakes of Cheddar as a special gift for ordering from you?nTerrible!!
