My first time here at Flynn's Boatyard, visiting with my father and his friend, it was a pretty canny visit. We couldn't find anywhere to eat in the evening, and happened across Flynn's. We all had haddock & chips which arrived in a timely manner, very tasty hot meal. Staff were all canny and accommodating. 4 stars as I specifically asked for a pint of normal Coca-Cola, I got a pint of diet or sugar free. No huge deal. I'll go back to Flynn's happily.
A really nice pub. Cool layout with a beer garden at the back. Food is basic but was really delicious - special thanks for making me a prawn roll! The staff were really friendly and kind too - the lady with the bright pink nails was proper fierce. Neither the disabled access bathroom or the stall in the mens toilets had locks on them which is a little weird. No soap in the mens bathroom but there was hand sanitizer. It was quite lively on the Saturday night too. Good location and very nice place to sit and have a drink.
Must be one of the best views from any pub in Scotland. Sitting out on a summers day is fantastic with a pint in hand. Friendly staff and service is great. No food on I can see yet which is a shame as I would eat here again no problems. Fresh and clean. Well worth the visit
Brilliant pub service great friendly staff and punters will keep coming back ,next time we will come maybe get food .xx
A great pub to go for a beer friendly bar staff who were attentive and helpful, the beer garden is brilliant with views over the harbour.
Food was great service was not very good forgot bread for the soup and we had to ask for more cutlery.. worst was the swearing and shouting Frome the staff when they went back to kitchen..had a 3ur old with us so it wasn't the most pleasant experience
Nice pub with good sized beer garden and sunroom to rear. Pints of lager we ordered had an inch and a half head on them.
Quiet but friendly. New owners since last visit. Very friendly and helpful
Good service and the food was very nice. Could do with a little more on the menu and it was a wee bit overpriced. Apart from that, no complaints.
Great Pub lovely warm welcome. Good selection of drinks to takes everyones fancy. Cant wait till they start serving food. Lovely clean pub with nice decor and surroundings. Just moved to Girvan and think i will definitely become a regular.
