Nice, cute little place. Great location. I really liked the hot chocolate and coffee cake. Very quick service. I wouldn't say it's very cheap, but pretty decent prices. The person I was meeting was running a little late, so I had to wait for a while before ordering. The staff were very polite and happily let me wait for half an hour before ordering.
Lovely little Café with friendly staff and a delicious afternoon tea. The house blend tea is a very delicious choice you need to try. Definitely my first place to go to when I'm coming back to Oxford.

Staff was shocking !!! Ordered from “freshly baked scones” for £6.90 and got served 1 small scone only !! kindly asked why it was just one when on the menu it’s written “scones” and I mean pretty shocking just serving 1 and got told it was a printing mistake and that the waiter should have mentioned it, so I decided to leave it. Literally 2 mins after the table next to me gets given 2 scones, like it should have been!! Again, spoke to the staff asking why I should only get one and the other table would get 2 for the same price and got told “sorry about that” . Shame cause the scone was nice hence the 2 stars and not 1 but honestly staff was so rude and so unprofessional it’s not worth it. Go somewhere else, wouldn’t recommend it

Lovely cosy traditional tea room in the centre of Oxford. And the best freshly baked scones in oxford as well!
Simply the best scones my wife and I have ever experienced. Freshly baked and still warm, we tell everyone about this place for scones! They had a huge selection of teas available as well.
Just enjoyed a great Sunday brunch here! The food is good, and the service was outstanding. Great experience for a taste of Britain!
I had a fantastic breakfast, poached eggs on sourdough toast avocado and smoked salmon to drink a very well presented and done flatwhite coffee.
