I’ve been coming here for regularly for BIAB nails, LVL and brows. All services are extremely well carried out and staff are both professional and friendly. Relaxing atmosphere and well priced.Services: Eyebrow hair removal
I had two treatments done from here. LVL was fine, no issues whatsoever however from the same therapist I had eyebrow lamination done and it was a complete disaster. I felt she did not listen to what I wanted regarding the shape and shortly after leaving the salon some residue came away and my eyebrows are worse than when I went it. They are not staying in place at all and look messy. I'm also left with bruising and dry skin from the very harsh wax used. They did offer to see if they could salvage it but at this point I'd rather keep what I have than trust them again unfortunately. Service and price wasn't bad but would not go there again.
Had an amazing experience today with my friend. We booked full body sweedish and the express hydration facial. Was honestly the best experience I've had. Love this place. Hidden gem of rochdale!
The Retreat is a lovely relaxing haven in the centre of Rochdale. All the girls there are absolutely lovely, they can't do enough to make your visit feel special. I usually go for the amazing hot stone massage but last time I tried the steam pods as well which were fab, could have staying in there for hours. I would definitely recommend this beautiful salon to all my friends.
Had my finger nails and toes done not long ago for the first time here and will never be going elsewhere! Was so happy with the friendliness of all the staff and the quality of the treatment! Everybody made me feel so welcome, so happy! I highly reccomend going and I will definitely be back! Special thanks to the girls who did my nails, was so happy with how they turned out and how they helped me to decide what to have without making me feel rushed or pressured!!
This place is fantastic, I have been coming here about 15 years and they area ALWAYS amazing. The person who has put one star is obviously someone who is lying as the service is AMAZING, the girls are AMAZING and the service is AMAZING. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE ignore the one star review as they do not know what they are talking about as The Retreat are ALWAYS professional, friendly and helpful. If I could give more than five stars I would; I have had various treatments here and they are all totally brilliant.
Had a few treatments here and have not been disappointed. The staff are always friendly and happy to help. The treatment rooms are well equipped and relaxing. Will definitely be returning for more pampering.
ad a back massage earlier today. Went in with some lower back pain, and due to the stresses of my job, alot of tension especially around my shoulders. Came out feeling amazingly relaxed, able to move better and a hell if a lot less pain. Would highly recommend. This was my first massage, im definitely going to book again.
Disgusted by the service and Swear by not going back this time. The staff need training on providing good customer service especially the older women on reception with loads of slap. As I went in this lady at the reception embarrassed me by saying you need to pay now before you can receive the treatment and was glaring at me as well as the 11/12 women who seem to work their also stood behind the reception gossiping and giggling like teenagers about customers and all started to glare at me as if I'd runaway without paying. The lady who did my treatment was horrible and when I said the stuff she used stung my eyes she was like pulling faces at the other lady and saying haha that's funny, the treatment was disgusting and I could not even see the difference and told her straight but she made it sound like that was my problem and totally ignored me, the service I received was not appropriate and the staff where unfriendly and unhelpful and I felt it's just about the money making rather than customer service which disgusts me as at the rate your going you will loose the customers you've got left. As I left my eyes hurt and I felt so upset, it was a total disgrace and I felt like just wasting money on something that was not required. Now I have found a better place even thou I may have to travel it's still aloy better where I get treated with respect.
