Clean and welcoming. Good choices of ales, lager and cider. Vast selection of gins. I've eaten there a few times and have been very happy with the service and quality. The rooms are comfy....I slept like a log on the excellent mattress...they are clean and well stocked with the essentials. Thoroughly recommended.

We had our wedding reception here and couldn't have asked for a better day. The owners made sure all of our needs were met and we didn't have to worry about a thing. The food here is also amazing and the guest rooms are beautiful. A work colleague of mine won't stay anywhere else! There is a really nice outdoor seating area and beer garden which is great for the kids and they have a gin wall behind the bar which is great for the grownups!

Walk in booking for Sunday Roast. Staff seated us straight away. We ordered and service was swift. I went for the pulled pork with crackling. Everything was cooked well and of good temperature on arrival with a nice selection of veg. My only disappointment was the crackling as it was stripped and deep fried not oven baked leaving it pale and curled, more of a pork scratching than crackling. No one came after served to check on us either these two points are the only reason for the 4* rating.

Great pub with a great selection of gin and delicious food. Bit steep prices, but still extremely enjoyable.
