First visit to the pub. Was very impressed with service, the cosy feeling was also something pubs miss these days. An open fire was burning away. A proper local pub atmosphere.

Lovely welcoming fire, good beer, excellent wine. It was fairly quiet but had a good ambience. Well worth a visit. No food at the moment as kitchen being refurbished.

I do enjoy coming here. The old owners had great entertainment such as open mic nights but the food was awful. However, now the food is fairly good and reasonably priced. The set menus for events such as mother's Day are nice. On the other hand, the look of the pub isn't at all appealing and the co-owner/waiter isn't friendly at all.

Nice place for a meal. They specialise in fish dishes so there's about half a dozen fish dishes. The taste is good and the price is on par with what I would normally pay at a gastro pub in London.

Was supposed to meet a Duke of Edinburgh group outside the pub. Landlord came out and was rude to me before i could get into the pub. Told me that there were plenty of other pubs for people like me.
