Never a dull moment in here - good ale and a cracking clienteleService: 5/5
Try the Raven burger you will not be disappointed. And very full Food: 5/5
Superb pub. What you'd call a "proper" pub. Food is hearty and very tasty, minced beef and onion pie a particular favourite of mine. Beer selection is usually very good and staff offer good tips on beers that'll be to your taste.
An Architectural gem, tastefully decorated, 3 ales on the bar, the once proud Raven pub sign is rather worn, a shame, it would make the pub look so much more inviting from the outside with a refresh.
Good old fashioned home cooked pub grubFood: 5/5
Great breakfast, portions were a little bit smaller than expected but still great value for money. Love being able to take the dog in with me.Food: 5/5

I mean, my first impression of this pub was kinda hampered by a woman bawling her eyes out, and making a scene just as soon as I had walked into the establishment alcohol does tend to have that effect on people — either way, the service was okay, and the decor was fairly rustic for the lack of a better word which I liked — either way repetition, I was somewhat disturbed being in that establishment after that aforementioned introduction so maybe I’ll be back, and have a higher view of the place — or maybe I won’t, and won’t lol
Old fashioned pub in warm old Tetley colours has a Wednesday discount day for Cask Critics, which seems to bring in the numbers. Nice selection of hand-pulled ales and also food.
Excellent real ales in a fabulous Victorian pub full of character and charactersService: 5/5
