What is going on in this shop. I love it but it’s just a mess pricing on shelf’s is shocking always seems to be a mess in here. The garden centre well that’s whole different level it’s absolute disgrace and dangerous to boot. I loved this place when it opened but I don’t know what’s going on but needs few managers in there that can sort it out. I tried to contact range few times to complain with nothing back I even sent WhatsApp got no reply. ‍‍
I did a click and collect, but unbeknownst to me, there was an error in the email address I supplied and I did not receive the order number. I went to the shop, but did not expect to get helped and would be forced to leave empty handed. However Carol and a colleague whose name I not catch my bad somehow managed to find my order. Great customer service. The retail trade is under pressure right now, but these people went the extra mile really pulled the stops out to ensure I got what I, was looking for.
Big store, lots of items, prices are good and staff helpful
Watch what plants you buy. Got plants about £70 worth.nAcre tree £27 looked good got home put it in correct type of soil week later it dyed the other plants are dying now so won’t buy plant here again. Customer service’s don’t want to deal with it joke
Just a brief visit today. Went in for a product I knew that The Range would have! They did. No problem in and out swiftly. I must say The Range always have a fantastic range of Christmas decorations and trees ect.
