Small issue - one of the drawers under the bed on right side and an area just above the drawer along the edge looked like it had a dirty mark upon inspection once it was assemble. Your team member kindly advised the piece of material he left should be used for cleaning the suede effect bed and to try this. If this didn’t resolve the mark, I was to mention this to yourselves. Delivery guy also took a photo of this before leaving. I have reported this to the store I bought the bed from and Paul - Manager Livingston branch was extremely efficient in raising this with customer services. I await them getting in touch. I also had to mention I did not receive my free mattress protector and again, Paul resolved this and I have picked one up from store. Excellent service and I await a replacement drawer.
The delivery team were very professional and friendly. They provided a great service removing the old bed and assembling the new one. They explained how to clean the base and headboard with the cleaning cloth provided.
The lady who looked after us couldn't have been more helpful. She knew exactly which bed I was trying to describe and took us up to see it. My husband is very slow due to illness but she was sick patient with him unlike some who get frustrated and end up only talking to me she included him in every part of the transaction. Excellent customer care

From ordering the bed to delivery was a smooth process. Linda was so helpful and went above and beyond to help us out with a damaged draw. Thank you so much.
The two delivery people, James and James arrived on time, carried the package to the room, both were polite, curtious and respectful of the propery, taking care not to scuff the walls etc

Stewart and Alistair could not have been nicer. Made sure to wipe there feet before coming in to my sitting room. Lovely charming guys.
Fantastic service. I popped in looking for a headboard for my daughters student bedroom and the guys were so helpful, finding a perfect solution in their clearance section at a price I could afford. Nothing was too much problem and I will definitely use their Livingston store for any future purchases.
George and Ally did a great job delivering our new and very heavy bed, divan and headboard, top guys!
