Can't go wrong with The Range, a one stop shop for so many things under one roof! Love all the fun stuff you can get to re decorate any room. Just finished my tween's bedroom with wallpaper from there, as well as paint, a huge neon mirror and other bits.
Wasted a journey and time to collect an online order. Waited 10 minutes at customer services, to first of all, find an available member of staff and then for them to figure out how to log on to get the online orders. I was given my parcel only to discover that the order is the wrong items. Checked online again and the 3 items that were in stock yesterday, when I ordered, were still available. I had a look in-store and I couldn't find them. I went back to customer services to be met with a 'couldn't care less' attitude. So if your item says in stock online, there is a chance that it's actually not in stock. And when I contacted their complaints department, I was told that it was advisable to call the store before travelling. Even when you order online and your item isn't available they are happy to take your money and not bother contacting you. It takes a few days to get the money back. Really disappointed with The Range and their staff in that particular branch and their online help, isn't much better.
Staff attitudes towards customers literally like we created an inconvenience arriving at the tills to pay. It was just saved for me the chap behind me got same terible attitude. It was at 7.30 place closes at 8pm but come on i dont me like like of a smile i mean flat out rude.
What a delight to shop here. Bright clean and well laid out store. Outside easy and well laid out parking, with disabled spaces nearby. One small moan, yet again a store that uses temporary aisle end bins to promote certain items. Here they are placed in the entry to some aisles with art craft and card making equipment. This unnecessary practice makes it very difficult for wheelchair customers. The store regains it’s star by having a beautiful coffee shop and with gluten free cake. Perfect.
So many items that were on display were faulty, damaged or otherwise in a poor state. And these were not end of line or labeled as such. It made you question the quality of anything you looked at.
Picture was 14.99 took to till was charged 24.99 ,showed staff the price on shelf was told that deal was up yesterday !!! Wont be shopping at tollcross range again, ignorant staff and everyone check your reciepts easily bumped by these ppl
A place where no man wants to be when the wife wants to lose herself stopping at every aisle. There should be some sort of bar instead of a cafe. Preferably with pole dancing.
Very good quality and choice available firm gardening to house hold furniture and frozen food. I've bought my sofa, throws, tools, lamps, mirror, flowers, and many other stuff. Big parking spaces
The milk used in my hot chocolate tasted very watered down I did not enjoy my drink. On the bright side the cakes are actually very nice and the staff were very polite.
Massive selection, including lighting and especially Christmas lighting. On the ground floor, disabled parking and ease of access is provided.
