What  a great service, had Irene  bra fitting me and she is wonderful, had wrong size on for many years and am sitting in my living room with the correct size and it feels terrific!!! Irene is super, expert, professional but also warm and personable, joined Card Holder scheme, bought bra and will buy more online- size not in stock-  makes up - a little- for being put on hold for 15 minutes at phone in customer service t 12.20am to day. To get back to shopping experience to-day reinforced why I shop at Debenhams, Irene is just super, nothing too much trouble, a great asset to your EK store, thank  you Irene, you made my day

Get eyebrows done at benefit(always great service and chat) picked up parcel at click and collect and then some lunch. Very efficient and friendly staff

I wanted to buy some bras. There used to be a dedicated dressing room for lingerie but as it was no longer there I was directed to the general dressing room.
Inside there was one rail to hang the items on,;no hook to hang my jacket and other clothes which I had to place on the floor.Nowhere to sit although this is commonplace nowadays. I am 75 and had to lean against the flimsy wall to steady myself as I tried on some trousers.
I mentioned this to the attendants who said they would pass it on.
I took the bras back to the lingerie dept and gave them to an assistant who was busy restocking shelves. I revoiced my complaints but she more or less ignored me. I did not buy anything and will go to HOF next week.

I visited claims today for a facial and the experience was wonderful not only did I get the facial but Sharon also gave me a hand and arm massage.  her knowledge of the products is fantastic and her customer service is amazing.  I cannot thank her enough for the products she advised me to purchase. today I also purchased the new serum and I cannot wait to feed my results back to Sharon.
