The next time I visit my family in brum I will definitely be stopping by here. I ordered a hoodie online on the Sunday and by Wednesday morning it had arrived. Beat Asos premier that’s for sure! The hoodie even came with a discount which was great. The fit is also perfect, I was worried it would be too big. I am very pleased, thank you!

Excellent service. The staff member I spoke to when I arrived was very knowledgeable and friendly. I did have an issue with an online order later on problems with delivery service, but this was soon resolved with a quick phone call.

I'm a coventry resident, however when I'm in Birmingham I always have to drop in and say hi, I love visiting and looking at the boards and the vast variety of gear they have in stock, friendly and cheerful staff and always helpful, make sure to support your local skate shops.

Absolute legends, after I ordered online they emailed to advise me that the combo of trucks/board I'd gone for wasn't an ideal match up, so called up, got good advice, ended up with a better set up. That's good honest service. Reminds me why they've been open since I was a kid!

Gotta love Ideal, one of the best skateshops out there.  I visited with my mate who was shopping for new trucks, hardware and bearings. Feel as though any other shop would've suggested a new complete, but they suggested that he kept his deck as he didn't need it replaced yet.  They basically have everything you could ever need, and if you're looking at getting into skating, these guys will push you in the right direction.
