Food was fine but waited for an hour for this to come
Very nice atmosphere, friendly staff and well adjusted for covid regulations. Will definitely return.
The food is never correct, takes about 30 minutes to arrive, there is no notice at the till when food is unavailable. Around 7/10 times I have been here, either my friends or my food has been incorrect and had to be returned. It shouldn’t be so hard, genuinely.
As a PhD student the ram is a quality place for a cheeky pint in the middle of the day, when labs are just not going to plan, however with it being summer and all the undergraduates at home I feel it very disappointing that the ram closes at 3pm! If it were open til 7pm or later I'd definitely be in there at 5.05pm sharp
Super curly fries.
I miss those curly fries!! Cosy and welcoming pub in the middle of campus. The food could be better but the beers are really good. Perfect after a debsoc Friday debate or a quick bite just before a campus cinema session. Great atmosphere.
Food was average, nothing to write home about and had to wait over 45 minutes for a breakfast at 10 am on a Friday. I ordered at the same time as my colleagues but however had to wait on my own for my food to turn up whilst they went back to work after having their meals. Went once before which wasn't as bad but still not great.
Decent food, good beer, most excellent price and wonderful staff.
You'll wait a year for cold food or to be told they sold out 20 minutes after you've ordered. Most of the staff don't care and will shrug and walk away if you ask about late food.
