If you want a home made Sunday lunch then this is the place. Good portions. Choice of meat, Y. pud, roast potatoes, mash, veg & good gravy.  Choice of puddings @ a very reasonable price. All served by polite staff. This is only our second visit as we don't live locally but we'll worth it.

Excellent traditional pub. Fine selection of beers wines and spirits and the home cooked meals are exellent quality and great value.
The pub has a warm and friendly "local community pub" feel about it which is added to by the warmth and commitment shown by all members of the management 
 and staff. Try the Prospect and enjoy 😁

Just popped in on way home with my husband for some food, lovely warm  cosey atmosphere, friendly staff, fantastic food, really tasty, plenty of it and nice and hot. Would definately recommend to anyone.
