Had a very bad experience with the Private Clinic Team. I ordered Minoxidil from here and I got told it would arrive within a week. 3 weeks later and it's still not here; I chased it up 5 times and I get told by every colleague that they order it from elsewhere so now I'm wondering why I even buy it from them since they charge extortionate prices too. I don't mind paying more for good services, but this was a terrible customer service and anyone ordering minoxidil really should contemplate buying it from elsewhere.

My experience with the Private Clinic has been very positive. Emma is very knowledgeable & thorough with the treatments she provides. A nice calm atmosphere & very accommodating. My skin is improving with each treatment & I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone who has or is suffering with skin conditions.

I have been considering this clinic for a long time, I had 2 consultations here, I was unable to proceed after my first one, and I also went to see another clinic to weight my options... After looking into other clinics, I had no doubt I wanted my treatment to be done here. Staff are professional and give a high quality of service from the time you first walk through the door, until the very end of your treatment. I felt listened to and valued as a client, and if needed in the future, I would only consider this clinic.

I chose The Private Clinic Birmingham after researching vein removal, this was not a recommendation, but I am very happy to recommend them following my consultation and subsequent operation for vein removal. My consultation with Mr Pathak and dealings with the staff at the clinic was excellent.  I felt in very safe hands. My consultation was thorough and not rushed and all the procedures offered were explained in full.  At no time did I feel pressured to accept something I was not happy with. On the day of the operation I was understandably apprehensive, the staff were lovely and allayed my fears. The operation went well and five weeks after I have recovered well.  Majority of the bruising has gone, only small localised discolouration at a couple of the operation sites. The cut sites healed very well, with only two taking a little bit longer.  None of the sites became infected. I am very happy with the procedure and the care I received.  Thoroughly recommend.

I've been coming to The Private Clinic for almost 12 months and have been thoroughly impressed with the service provided. The staff are very helpful and highly responsive, plus the technicians are very knowledgeable and always make you feel at ease thank you Emma!.  Would highly recommend as the results from laser hair treatment have been fantastic and the overall experience has been great!

I’ve been coming to this clinic for years now regarding my skin issues and Emma Andrews always looks after me, making sure I get the right treatment suitable for my skin type and condition, followed by the correct post-care advise to ensure maximum results are obtained. 5 stars isn’t enough!

This is the 2nd time I have had a keloid removal surgery done by Mr Mark Lloyd who was exceptional! I have previously had it done by someone else who was not as good so I came to Mark. I had two keloids, one on each ear and I wanted to see if the surgery would work better compared to last time, and it did so I had my other keloid removed too! The team were super! The clinic is so clean, professional and Mark was so knowledgeable! Sahera and Rachel assisted me through the surgery too who were really friendly and caring each time I came in! I feel much happier and confident and I can finally tie my hair up after 3 years of covering my ears!! I would recommend this clinic and Mr Mark Lloyd in particular for keloid removals! There is a difference between someone who does their job for the sake of it, whereas Mr Mark Lloyd is always passionate about his work and it always so happy with the outcome and most importantly making sure I was happy!!

Started my laser hair removal in April 2021 at the Hagley Road Clinic. I have no health issues and do not suffer from any condition that would affect my treatment. 9 treatments in with several postponed due to machine issues I’m very disappointed. The machine used is very old and keeps working on and off. Makes sense why no previous reviews on here for laser success. Treatments last from anything to an hour and 45 at best or an hour depending on how the technician rushes. I can safely say DO NOT USE FOR LASER HAIR REMOVAL. Was recommended by a friend who was told for every person you bring to the clinic you get a free treatment which is very inviting but little did we know why they are throwing out appointments. Both are very dissatisfied and if you want a experience which lacks results and to waste your money and time then this is your place to go. It’s recommended between 6-8 treatments and after my 9th session I have more hair in places I had no hair previously and all I’ve achieved is slight reduction. A few times I raised settings with technician but you might as well speak another language. You don’t even feel the laser at all, which I’ve now discovered should not be the case as you should feel slight scratching. I’ve never left reviews but feel I would not want others to go through this. Please do your research and you will soon notice how laser hair removal is not advised here

I had a consultation booked for a hair transplant which cost me a £100.00 okay that’s fine I didn’t have an issue with that. I walked in the Asian Pakistani consultant literally sat me down and said yes we can do a hair transplant why do you want one done what’s the reason do you not feel confident or what’s your reason it was a more of a interview he didn’t have a look at my hair from the donor area or anything. It’s a total waste of money paying £100.00 for someone to just talk to you and not look into what the results might be

I have been treated at the Private Clinic for over a year now with Emma and they have been fantastic. Emma has helped me trial different treatment options to suit my skin, and will always provide samples first to try before you buy anything. The treatments are safe, professional and have really improved the look of my skin! The staff are fantastic, lovely and welcoming no matter what your query. Fully recommend this clinic.
