Lovely staff, took my mum here for a pedicure and myself for a 1 hour foot massage mid way through 2018. The staff were lovely and welcoming. My massage was overall good, but my mum's pedicure was in all honestly not worth the money. The professional who was meant to do it was not there, and whilst the person who did do the pedicure was lovely her lack of expertise on this one area was clear. Overall I won't be going back.

Honestly, after seeing that this place had such good reviews, I decided to book in for some much-needed pampering, but I was pretty disappointed. Let me first be clear and say that the staff were lovely.  However, the building itself is in need of a makeover. It's not nearly as nice in real life as it looks in photos.  Also, the equipment and supplies were very much lacking. First, the massage tables don't have holes in them for your face, so I was given a sort of travel pillow to put my face on. Even then, breathing was difficult, and it put my shoulders at an awkward and uncomfortable angle, which made fully relaxing impossible which is sad since that's what I was there to do...relax.  Then, when it was time for my manicure, I was then told that they didn't do gel nail polish, nor did they have the necessary equipment to remove my gel nail polish. Gel is pretty much an industry standard for manicures these days, so I was shocked to learn this. The staff members spent significant time hand filing my gel polish off because they didn't have the machine to do it. My nails were also left very rough because they didn't have the ability to buff them. It was also not made clear on the web site that they do not do gel or have proper facilities to remove gel.  There was also very little choice in nail polish, and SO many of the polishes were gaudy to me with the big, chunky glitter. Then, further limiting my options, several of the polishes that didn't have glitter in them had 'gone off' as in they were thick and gooey and couldn't be used. There was also no base coat or top coat available, which is unreal for a place that does manicures and pedicures. I was offered a partial refund because I ultimately couldn't have my nails polished.  Finally, when it was time for my pedicure, I was sat on a chair just in the entryway, and the woman doing my pedicure had to get all the way down on the floor pictured below. I couldn't help but think that there had to be a better and more private set-up possible, both for me and the staff member doing the work.  Given how much I spent £140 to start, £120 with the nail polish discount, I would have expected much higher quality facilities and supplies. The only reason I gave 2 starts instead of 1 is that the staff were very friendly and tried to be as helpful as they could with what they had. Unfortunately, I doubt I will go back to Spa Diamond.

I was recommended to this place by a friend and it didn't disappoint. Mackenzie was the lady that gave me a deep tissue massage and she was great. She found a few tight areas so she suggested stretching first and then applied the deep tissue massage which made my muscles feel 1000 times better. Would definitely recommend.

Been here twice. The staff are very friendly and professional. For my first treatment I had a Thai Massage from Amy, my first ever Thai Massage to be honest, it was super relaxing and Amy did an amazing job. This Friday past went for a Sports Massage and was looked after by Sophie. She made a point that I was at ease with the treatment and looked after me in an equally good manner. Needless to say I walked away with a pleasant experience thanks to her. Keep up the good work ladies.

The staff was welcoming and fitted me in even I was late I have explained where I wanted the massage to focus on. The therapist Sophie was well experienced and precise hard working had dip message and I am definitely recommending and going again for another sessions Great service and professional for your money.

I went with a Swedish hot oil massage due to neck and shoulder pain. I was greeted warmly upon arrival by the receptionist Naomi who was very friendly. The service was very professional throughout. My masseuse Beth was excellent. I was given a loyalty card and you know sometimes when you get these cards and don't really use them well this isn't one of occasions ! I'll definitely be visiting again soon.

I just had an amazing experience lead by Marie, lovely but strong woman. I am going for a massage quite often but this was the best I ever had, including those in Singapore!. Staff was friendly, helpful, polite and very professional attitude. Definitely going to visit again!

I have had a deep tissue massage with Karol. And I feel so much better than before. What I really appreciate is Karol's approach and advices regarding exercises as well how to schedule the treatments that my back's condition improves. I stick to his advices and the plan he put in place definitely works. I got a lot of experience with massages in different places, but this approach has been the best by far, with some obvious progression. Karol, thank you for that!  On a negative note: The place in general needs proper cleaning. The pictures look lovely but I agree with some reviews posted earlier  - the reality is not the same. The place got potential and can look so much better but needs definitely more care.  On a positive note: I love the way how is set up the on-line booking system. It is very easy to use and quite advanced in comparisson to many other places.  I love the relaxing music during the treatment, also the Thai theme in general which remains me on my holiday.
