Great city centre pub. On the corner of George Square, the heart of Glasgow. Marvelous atmosphere. Old fashioned Scottish bar with a modern twist (NOT ironic). Great selection of beers. Excellent choice of whiskies. Other spirits are available. Good wine selection. Meals served (haven't tried them but look good).

Lovely friendly staff and great food. I ordered the Cullen Skink and was no disappointed at all. It's like Irish seafood chowder but with only smoked haddock. Only £4.95 but I was stuffed after it. Amazing food choice in here.

Great bar and atmosphere but after being served one round of drinks we were told we wouldn't be served anymore. Bar manager was more interested in protecting his job than allowing us to enjoy ourselves without being too raucous. Put a bit of a dampner on our Xmas day out.
