Beautiful grounds, great views across to the river. Building and the history of 18/19th century trends is fascinating. Unfortunately you can't go in as it is closed while the access road is repaired. NB. As reviews online indicate, the road leading to the pineapple needs some serious maintenance. It is full of huge crater-like potholes. Do not be surprised to see astronauts practicing moon landings along this stretch. 😋

Beautiful place to spent an afternoon, although getting there will give a cars suspension a good work out.
