It's a brilliant  exercise! I have attended  Pilates class for at least 20 yrs. It enables me to move better and be more flexible and helps support my old back injury. Cathy is an excellent  instructor and has helped me so much over the years. Her team Laura and Sarah are exceptional also. Tracey organanises the classes and is also very good too.

I booked the beginners course last October, having never done Pilates before, really enjoyed it! All the instructors are lovely, very patient and relaxed, I've been attending twice a week ever since and feel so much better in myself. I would highly recommend these classes!

I've been going for many years . Cathy and Laura are fantastic.  And hopefully new lady Sarah I'm looking forward to a class when she gets settled after her training.   If you have anything wrong it's not nothing these girls don't know to help..

I have loved my classes at The Pilates Centre. When I became pregnant, I was worried I would have to stop. Cathy and Laura have been amazing and adapted the movements to be pregnancy safe. Best part of the week!

I booked the beginners course after finding the Pilates Centre website really informative.nThe course was amazing and the instructor Sarah so welcoming and approachable.nI felt so comfortable and able to ask questions. Would definitely recommend the course to others.
