Signed up a few days ago and don't forsee a day going by without me visiting now! Really spacious gym with great A/C maintaining a comfortable temperature to work out in. Regular classes for those who want them including spinning, HIIT type sessions and all the usual you would expect. Haven't explored the class rooms except for a brief glance in the spinning room. But judging by the main gym area they will be clean and comfortable. They have a good selection of cardio equipment including loads of treadmills and cross trainers, many bikes, 5 rowers and two climbing machines. There's a free weights area with a good selection of bars etc as well as a pull down and row section. There are also mats, yoga balls, gym balls, balance board and a variety of punch-bags and step equipment. The full compliment of strength machines for focused workouts and a bank of large TVs with subtitles on (they play energetic music over the sound system but not so loud that you can't comfortably work out with your headphones in as I do) a water fountain and near reception a good selection of drinks, protein, bottles etc.
Changing rooms are large and clean (men's at least) with spacious lockers for which the gym sells padlocks for £3 or you can just bring your own. Toilets off the changing room and a doorway marked "sunbed rooms" which I haven't yet investigated but did see someone stagger out of bright red and steaming!
I assume that area also house showers but I live very nearby so haven't needed to explore.
The staff are friendly and helpful without intruding on your workout.
I've only been between 6pm and 10pm on weekdays so far and at its busiest haven't seen anyone having to queue for anything although the weights and pulleys area could potentially get a little crowded. Just do that warm up like you know you should and there'll be space by the time you finish.
Nothing too intimidating about the clientele and I haven't spotted too many mirror posers yet...

Staff are lazy. Changing room always mess. Toilet full off poo. 1important thing staff always rushed people out even know it close at 10.00pm at 9.25pm they told customer we are closing in 15 mins. Disgusting staff poor service and management

Good gym , even though the name would lead you to believe it's basic it's very good inside , great free weights room with good variety of cardio machines, something for everyone. Women's only section as well. Good carparking. Just a shame about the opening hours especially over holiday periods for members who like to use the gym in the early hours.
