Just thought I would contact you to say thanks to your dad who put up with me messing around on all the pianos a week ago last Friday.  I am now the proud owner of the Yamaha U30A having tried all the ones on the list I made from the website, except that one!

It is utterly lovely and I can't stop practising. I sold my digital Casio privately and so it all worked out so well.  I really enjoyed my visit and the people who delivered the piano made a wonderful job of it.

So, I am a very happy customer.

I am writing to thank Claire and the staff at the Piano Gallery for offering me the Clavinova that they had in stock in exchange for my Seidl and Sohn piano.  The Clavinova is just what I was looking for, and I can't believe that, although it is over ten years old, it is in such good condition.  The tone is just right for me, and in every way I am 100% happy with it.
I have been most impressed with the service I have received from this company, from the very first email communications, through to the final transaction.  Even the removal men were brilliant!  Claire seemed at once to understand my needs perfectly, and in addition, I do feel that my old, much loved piano, is now in very good hands, and will continue to give someone years of pleasure.  I would not hesitate to give the Piano Gallery the very highest recommendation.

Really happy with my purchase from The Piano Gallery in Faringdon.  I bought a Blüthner model B upright from the fantastic range available.  The piano was beautifully prepared by the on site technicians and I'm very pleased with the overall service.
