Ashley and Nav both are amazing physio therapists, they are experienced, thorough, are friendly and very helpful. I have always felt very much at ease with them. The practice room is well equipped and very clean. I first went there after a knee operation and later for my frozen shoulder, for both treatments the recovery was amazing. It was worth every penny and I highly recommend them.

I went to see Ashley Barnes four weeks ago with Plantar Fascia.(very painfull) Ashley's knowledge and expertise got me moving, far better than I was by the end of the first session. Armed with exercises which were demonstrated to me and video demonstrations mail to me, so that I had a reminder of the correct technique.I am now nearly pain free. Apart from the expertise of Ashley, I was most impressed with the fact that he wanted to get me better at minimal expense. Yes I played my part by doing the exercises but with just two visits, I am now able to continue with recovery on my own. I would very highly recommend this Physiotherapist Practice to anyone. Brilliant job Ashley Thankyou. David Hall Waterlooville.

Superb service from booking through to treatment. I always go to the physio clinic and recommend to all my family and friends. The clinic does get very busy and sometimes you do have to wait a week or so but I guess they are busy for a reason!!! Thanks as always to all the staff who always get me back running. Ruby F

Very pleased with the physio clinic! Went there with a badly frozen shoulder and six weeks later have seen a massive improvement! Ashley is very knowledgeable and supportive! Loved the exercise regime, the dry needling and advice given! Will definitely be recommending to others!

Top class!! Ash was great and very reassuring after I tore my hamstring (Grade 3 tear). I was back training after 8 weeks which was a surprise as typically these types of injuries take longer to heal. Very professional and would highly recommend. James Spurling
