Lovely bloke and made mine and my boyfriends phones look brand new and they looked awful before. Did an excellent job was honest about what needed doing and all for a really reasonable price considering how much was needed repairs wise. Was like £100 each per phone and within 1.30 hours. Will definitely be a returning customer. Highly recommend.
Visited Mike about my cracked screen, he also noticed that I had a problem with my phone. He kept it over night to try and fix it, he was so genuine and honest in his work. He told me there was no point in fixing it and didn’t charge me for any of the investigations he did. I was so impressed with this customer service. I am happy to recommend and will use him again
Mike fixed the screen on my Pixel 6. Dropped it off at 9.30am and picked it up same day at 5pm. Great job and great guy! Would highly recommended and definitely use again but hopefully I won't need to!!
Sent a message through Google maps, they ordered the part and let me know when it was in stock. The phone was repaired while I waited. My phone camera is repaired and is almost as good as new!

Great service of my broken screen, in and out in 30 mins. Highly recommend.
Went to get a phone screen replaced, had to go back as they managed to stop the sound from working. Also put a glass screen protector on at an angle so it immediately cracked, asked them to replace it free of charge and they gave the wrong sized phone screen. Took it back to get the sound fixed, they didn't get the part in for 2 days, then put in the wrong part and had to take the phone for a couple of days. Zero communication about when it was getting fixed, and didn't offer any compensation for the delay or issues. Would not recommend at all.
Poor and unreliable customer service. I’ve been waiting to receive a part-refund for a faulty screen for two weeks and they now seem to just be ignoring me about it. Wish I’d gone to On Smart in Chorlton from the beginning to sort everything for me.
Does not provide a receipt despite promising to send it via e-mail and me asking for it multiple times. Very annoying as phone insurance refunds nothing without receipt.
