Absolutely brilliant service and excellent Customer Service from a Lady called Lesley.She is so friendly and helpful.The patience, time and care she has shown to me whilst printing off pictures of my recently deceased 9 year old son has been amazing.Well done to Lesley...a real nice, genuine Lady xxx
