The staff here are extremely helpful and friendly. I took my broken phone along to them and paid my tenner up front; unfortunately the phone was beyond saving but they took the time and effort to get the phone up and running long enough for me to get the photos and data off it. They didn't have to do this and they didn't charge me any extra - I can't thank them enough and if I ever have any problems with phones in the future or need any advice/accessories then this is the place I'll be going. Can't recommend them enough!

There are a host of small phone repair businesses to be found in and around my area of Castleford and Pontefract, but none have stood the test of time like the Phone Doctor in Pontefract, the reason being this...they offer a no nonsense, knowledgeable service for any of your mobile device needs, whether this be a repair, a new device or just straight up help and advice, the friendly staff have got it covered. I have used their service for well over 10 years now and always direct friends and family to do the same...need I say more?

Had 2 x screens repaired , fast service and keenly priced . Went back for an iPhone 6 repair for a friend again 3 day turn around. I recommend for simple no BS service.

these guys are great, honest and fast. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to repair my phones, polite, friendly and excellent service.

Fantastic service, they replaced the screen on my phone and even though they had to order it I had my phone back in less than 24 hours.
