Although we had to wait a little bit longer the reception staff were very helpful and made my son feel at ease. The dentist was very friendly and overall we had a very good experience. Would definitely recommend to parents, especially as our son has special needs and was treated with care. Your staff are exceptional and customer service is great.
I contacted the team at Pontefract Dental Care after a filling came loose, and after doing my homework by browsing through several dental surgeries online - and, boy, did I choose the right one. They had a great number of excellent reviews - and I'm not surprised! From Carly who explained everything fully and kindly, to Sean, who undertook my appointment, my experience was first-rate and so reassuring. Sean spent time giving me a thorough dental examination, a treatment plan and advice for the way forward. I've signed up to their practice plan and won't be looking anywhere else for my dental care. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I'm in very safe and expert hands. 100% recommended.
I was quite anxious at the prospect of changing dentists after being with my previous one for over 15 years. There really was no need! The reception staff were friendly and welcoming and made me feel at ease while I was waiting. The dentist himself Sean was friendly, calming and patient and took his time to explain his findings and suggestions for my course of treatment. In short, from my first experience, I would definitely recommend Pontefract Dental Care to anyone looking for a dentist.
I rang here on the off chance I could been seen for an emergency as 111 had nowhere that could see me, they got me in within an hour the staff was absolutely amazing with me, I explain how scared I was of dentists, they were so kind, and made me feel so welcome, it didn’t feel like a dentist, the reception lady who I didn’t get her name was so nice, she really understood instantly how I was feeling, Claire my dentist was so patient and explained everything, her assistant held my hand all the way through, safe to say I registered myself for all my treatment here, I’m hoping my fear of dentists is coming to an end! The staff here are brilliant, Thankyou
Reception staff were amazing and lovely, Sean was brilliant too. Never felt at ease with a dentist before, explained everything in simple terms for me which again made me feel calm and relaxed. And Rebecca again took the time to reassure me too. Thank you to you all
This dental practice is run by an extremely professional and friendly team. All aspects of my treatment are explained thoroughly and any of my questions answered fully and concisely. I have no fear or apprehension about a visit to Pontefract Dental Care, as I feel I am in very good hands.
Signed in as a new patient a week ago and managed to get an appointment on the same day. Seen by Dr. Claire Goodall who had made me feel at ease and explained the plan for my treatment thoroughly . Overall, very friendly , accomodating and efficient team and service. Very good reviews online which I have experienced myself. Would definitely recommend!
I attended this practice on 13/12/22 as an emergency appointment due to a broken tooth. I'm a nervous/ anxious patient when it comes to visiting the dentist, but Polly was great at talking me through what was needed. She was patient and allowed me time to make informed decisions and provided lots of reassurance. I will be returning for further dental work to be undertaken and i certainly don't have the same level of anxiety, knowing that Polly will be providing the treatment. The Dental Nurse sorry i didn't get her name assisting was also sympathetic to my anxiety and also provided much appreciated words of support and reassurance
So helpful and kind. Saw me in less than 24 hours for an emergency, sorted me out. Not cheap, but worth it to be pain free. The dentist was kind and non judgmental. Really made me feel at ease.
Fabulous. I'm a very anxious person and currently have a health issue. The man I saw can't remember his name was fantastic and friendly and I felt so at ease. I actually look forward to going back in 6 months which is a first. Thank you for a fab service and what a fab team. Very impressed. Would highly recommend
