Absolutely over the moon with Sarah grooming my sister's dog. It was her first visit to a groomers and Sarah was professional and polite and very calm. She put us at ease explaining what happens and Pepsi didn't want to leave when the time came. Would definitely recommend.

Impolite, insensitive and inconsiderate when dealing with elderly pets - impatient and crude when interacting with owners. Avoid - particularly if your dog is of advanced years.
