I just want to say a massive thank you for the excellent job that you did on my Scottie today. I don't think he has ever looked this good! You were so kind with him as he is nervous with strangers but it seemed like by the end it was totally at ease. Thanks again.

Very disappointing.  I cannot comment on the quality of the dog grooming as they decided to close the shop on a Saturday afternoon and not honour my pre-booked appointment.   They had not forgotten as I had only spoken to them two hours previously.  I wasted an hour battling my way through traffic to reach the shop and it was closed - I left several messages asking for them to give me a call, but nothing.  Very poor level of service.

Took my dog to Grace in a bit of a state (I had not had her groomed in 12 weeks), Within a few hours she came back beautiful and smelling great. Even the cost was good. I have already booked her in again. John in Kingswood
