The Owner and his wife are great people always answering any of my queries or just a general chat, ive been going to this store for 3 years exclusively

Male owner was very helpful and polite and was very patient with me and my endless questions about frog care. Selection in shop is rather small but reptile food was definitely the cheapest around and great quality. The woman was very friendly to us and our dog too.

Owner was dismissive and appeared to not want to know what we had to say. He seemed to have little to no knowledge of the items we were looking for and what he said was not good fish keeping practice. You are better off going somewhere else, unless you want a chameleon that is.

Fish and tanks are overpriced in comparison with the likes of A&D Aquatics and Pets at Home. The owner is also rude, dismissive and does not care about your custom.
