I wanted to purchase100ml of Chanel Allure Sensuelle today £126 but it was more important for the sales assistant to chat to her friends, didn't even acknowledge our presence so we walked out. We would also have purchased Deisel Only the Brave Tattoo 100ml but we got the latter from the Fragrance Shop for £75, unfortunately they don't sell Chanel do that was all we could buy therefrom them
Really poor customer services. I asked the sales assistant a question on sizes/prices on perfume, his reply " it's all online". The only reason I brought my perfume was I got blue light discount otherwise boots and fragrance store was better with customer service skills.
Always friendly each time I pop in
Just wanted to mention Livia who served me today. She was super friendly and helped me to choose an Aftershave for my Dad. Afterwards she beautifully wrapped it and I joked that I would bring in my other Christmas shopping to wrap! Thank you for your help today. Your customer service was amazing.
Lovely shop very helpful
The store was very clean and welcoming all the staff had a smile on their face. I was very impressed with a team member called Brad, I was one of those difficult customers who didn’t have a clue what I wanted but he is a very patient young man and a total credit to The Perfume Shop! He suggested some amazing perfumes and told me some really interesting information & the ingredients in the perfumes which helped me decide which one was for me. I walked away with a smile on my face as you don’t really get customer service like that in retail but he was an absolute star!!
Lady with the red hair today sorted me right out! Came for advice on a broken spray button on my cologne, she called up the other store around the corner to see if they still sell it. As they don't anymore, I left with a full new bottle, originally used as a tester mine was about 1/4 full. Not bad at all considering I had it for two years! Thanks again to her :
