I rarely ever leave reviews but I’ve been using The Body Shop for years & love their products. I continue to be so impressed at the level of customer service you never fail to receive. The staff at this store could not be friendlier, more knowledgeable or helpful. Antony I believe her name was especially has always been brilliant! Other companies could learn a lot from The Body Shop when it comes to hiring!

Really friendly staff, one member helped my wife colour match a foundation, she was kind and knew her stuff. Another staff member helped us get an eye cream, we felt she really listened to our needs and got the right product for us.

Lots of choice. Picked up some small size items to try out and stocking fillers at a good price and offer.  Try Me containers by items so you can smell them and rub on skin etc. not a huge store but lovely friendly helpful staff.

Had amazing  customer service delivered by a friendly, knowledgeable young assistant by the name of Jack. I visited on evening of 25 August 2023, close to closing time, and needed a lot of time and patience explaining the products, and I left feeling excited about my purchases. Well done, and thank you !!

I hade an amazing time. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Holly B was so friendly and helpful without her help I would’ve of left the store empty handed. Whoever served me today in store you are 5 Stars just by yourself :-D As soon as I arrived I thought to make life easier just ask as I knew what I wanted. She showed me to the products straight away and I browsed similar items to see what was new. When I was at the till I was asked if I was entitled to discounts such as NHS worker etc, I declined and said I don't fit the criteria I work for 'this', but thanks and I'll pay full price. She explained and apparently where I work is valid for the discount, I showed my ID and received a discount. Such a nice and unexpected surprise! So Summary is: Great products at great prices, lovely and friendly staff, presentable shop and easy to find/browse the products.
