Have visited on several occasions now as son lives in Salisbury. Lovely food and staff. Tried vegan dish last time and it was delicious

Proper old fashioned Hotel/Restaurant with modern prompt and friendly service. Menu is certainly not run of the mill but has something for everyone. 3 of us chose differently and all said we would go back.

Very nice steak and kidney pie. HUGE. Also large glasses of prosseco. Nice and quiet and near to a big free car park.

Don't write many reviews but this was worth commenting on. Beautiful rooms, friendly staff and fantastic food. VERY vegetarian friendly which is a massive plus (non-veggie menu was good as well). A beautiful village too, close to Salisbury (20 min drive at max) so a great choice for tourists.
