The Partnership came to us highly recommended.  They were efficient, responsive, competitively priced and their portal was valued by all parties associated in the purchase.  As first time buyers the Partnership came as a refreshing change to the insights friends and families had given us about their conveyancing.
 
The Partnership do not overload their solicitors with cases and so we always found Paul and Lewis (our assigned team) to be extremely responsive by phone, email or through the portal.
 
Paul and Lewis were indispensable in our first property purchase.  The process was convoluted to say the least but Paul and Lewis were competent, proactive, reliable and reassuring.  Their commitment and diligence meant that we secured our first home.  

We’ve already recommended the Partnership to two of our first time buyer friends who have had similar positive experiences with their legal team and we will certainly use them in the future.

I must say, as an Estate Agent who prides himself on great customer experiences, I have nothing but praise for the business model this company employs. There is always a friendly voice at the end of the phone when you call and the staff go the extra mile to explain potential issues and provide solutions to help the transaction move forward.

Their regular updates are priceless.

Excellent experience with The Partnership during a sale which should have been quick and easy but due to my buyers' solicitors was a nail biting experience. The Partnership's swift follow ups, precise responses and proactive approach (they had to have numerous discussions with the other solicitors to move pedantic things on) brought it to a good end. Without their effort and pragmatism the chain would have collapsed. My dealings were mainly with the legal assistant Alex Thring whose competence, effort and patience with a nervous first time seller I cannot praise enough. The excellent client portal kept the whole process tidy, with documents and updates easily accessible. Thank you to the whole team! Despite no nails left an excellent experience with The Partnership.
