I have just completed my lease extension with many thanks to Jolanda and Danielle. Excellent service and really helped me through every stage of the process, taking their time to explain things, especially some of the legalities, as well as bring key points to my attention. They answered any queries promptly and ensured that matters progressed smoothly through to conclusion. Very good price and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

The solicitors at McMillan Williams did a brilliant job negotiating and processing a lease renewal for my flat. They managed to get an additional 90 years added to our current lease of 69 years, instead of increasing our lease to 99 years which is common. In addition, the final cost of the lease renewal was as low as was feasible, being the lowest price quoted us by our independent valuation. Moreover, the fees charged by McMillan Williams were very reasonable given their professionalism and efficiency. Thanks very much!

MW have just completed my lease extension for me, and they were very professional, and always kept me updated as to what progress was being made. I was always able to contact them by phone directly without having to wait in a queue, if I had any concerns, and the whole process went smoothly. I would highly recommend MW Solicitors to anyone needing such services
