Just wanted to write this review in relation to the service we received from john Evans , absolutely exemplary service! Found him to be very knowledgeable, very professional & in all honesty a true gentleman to deal with, he appointed a barrister by the name of Ruby for our crown court dealing's & she was nothing short of superb! Gave it her all to get the results we got! Even correcting the judge on a few points & putting him straight on how by law he could sentence! This alone quite literally saved the Day! I wouldn't ever hesitate to use these guys & would trust them with anyone of my family! We are all very grateful indeed! Thank you very much ! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻  John & Ruby you have been excellent!

Writing with regard to John Evans, the solicitor dealing with my partner at Guildford Magistrates Court.   He was "the best!!!".   Did his job brilliantly!  You pay for what you get.....which, unlike others in his profession, is not overly expensive.  If you have any motoring convictions, he is the one to see

I don’t know wether ‘legal aid’ clients are treated differently & treated as lower priority or this firm are just useless as a whole. I found John Evans to be particularly unprofessional. My calls & enquiries were/are very rarely responded to. He seemed in my opinion (for what it’s worth) a weak cross examiner. He would also make stupid little mistakes like people’s names in letters I was sent & got details like my previous sentences wrong  (not what you expect from professionals) Nice enough person but nice doesn’t cut it when it’s your future in their hands. I also spoke with somebody who I can only assume is the company founder & he came across as really arrogant / condescending on the phone. I’m now left with no choice but to search for a firm more competent & seemingly interested in helping me. I will say I had a good experience with a consultant they use (Alistair Mckelvy). I did give them notice 4 days ago that I was looking to change & no response. I hope this review can only Help others out. It is an honest reflection of my experience. Update: after sending them an email telling them I was going to send my business elsewhere & i’d written this review I got an email response claiming they phoned once last week but no voicemail & no missed calls ? ... strange. I hope others have a better experience. Also a note to anyone who relies on reviews at least one of the other 5 stars is from one of the Solictors working for the firm (Ian Wilkinson)
