It's not great. They told to keep quiet. The lady at the reception wasn't nice. She was aggressive. They shushed us. Double whiskey was 14 quid. The machine was meaningless. It was empty at midnight.

Been a member for a long time, the staff are generally pretty good. You can get some differing types of doorman, generally wear shoes not trainers. Unless you have a load of money to drop and then it doesn't matter.
