Normally really like Genting Casino. Made a special visit here was surprised  no beers on pumps. Seemed not interested in "fun" gambling. 
Was  almost £9  for 2 bottles of beers. 
To qualify the above have been in Genting Liverpool, Coventry  and Newcastle recently. So not based without some experience of this casino group.

Wonderful and friendly staff. The only time that was not appropriate is when the manager had his meeting in the poker room on the 9th of February and the poker players had to wait more than an hour.  No consideration for the members.

Nice and decent staff is very friendly and helpful we like restaurant and bar it’s small clean and lovely food value of money

Rude waiters and bad practices. One of the waiters clearly has something personal against me. Ive been a regular for over 7 years. Any time a customer orders food off the menu and goes up to the poker room a waiter would usually call upstairs to let staff in the card room know that the food is ready or would even personally come up and call you down. With me on the other hand the senior waiter Hanibel/ Hannibal wouldn’t call or come upstairs to inform me that the food is ready on a few occasions instead he would just let the food sit on the side and go cold, then goes to management and complains stating that I dont come down when called and waste food which was is a lie.
