A great place to lose some money! Fresher after a refurb, drinks are good, place is nice and clean, some of the staff are miserable. The front of house guy was very nice and friendly.

Don't know if the staff here are upset that they have to work on Boxing Day or something but they are super rude.

It is virtually impossible to get a drink in this place. The bar is hardly ever manned and the drinks girls are a myth...I've heard they exist but impossible to find. Also there are mouse traps all around the floor.

Joined today. Invited a friend to join upon greeting her at reception Jay asked her to fill out a form then after waiting 20min was told she smells of alcohol n can't let her in. My friend had not been drinking and found the whole experience quite stressful and unpleasant. She will definitely not be going back n management were not helpful.
Not a good experience at all.
