I just wanted to sing your praises really.  My son needed a doctors appointment this morning and he wanted to see Dr Carter but was told he wasn't in so booked one with a different doctor.nWithin a few minutes, the receptionist called him back to say he was in after all and changed the appointment.nShe didn't have to do that ..... it was a very kind thing to do.nThank you!
Cannot praise DR Didehvar enough, I get extremely nervous in a doctor setting and she managed to keep me calm and was extremely friendly throughout my appointment, she went through each step clearly and helped at every turn.If I have to return I will see no other doctor. She's amazing.
My experience is partly the NHS admin process and partly this practice in particular. I understand that the receptionist see a lot of patients in any given day but if you hate your job and life so much then please find a job elsewhere. When I ask a question there is no ulterior motive and I am not looking to hold anyone liable for anything that I might get an answer on. The look on the face and selective deafness of these people is rude and disgusting.
I have seen Mrs Erin Lee a couple of times recently and am pleased to say that she is an excellent nurse. She is very thorough and professional in her consultation and helped me a lot with my medical issues.
I go to regular blood tests and luckily the last few times I have had Sara evens. She is the best, so gentle and kind. Thank you Sara !
