Having encountered one of their health "professionals" on social media I was less than impressed with their attitude. They had some clear misunderstandings about NHS information governance policy and data protection law which in itself isn't unusual or a huge problem. However their attitude was not one of being open to learning and improving.

My son has been in on 5 different occasions over two months and still. Othing solved. On top of this every time we have had too sit waiting for 30+ minutes which is unacceptable, once maybe but 5 times? Don't come here over crowded alread.

This is a very friendly doctor surgery and to have doctor sidgurdson as my doctor is good as he is by far the best doctor I've had.
