Just recovering from a nasty cold/flu that ingluded a chest infection. Easy over the phone appointments & another one at the surgery meant that what could have turned very nasty was resolved. From reception staff to 3 different Doctors received excellent care/service as always.nnThank you
Dreadful phone lines, even with call back. Called Herne and Broomfield surgery at 08.00 and got through…..told 3rd in queue!nUnfortunately never answered after more than 15 minutes holding and paying for call. No explanation given. So tired of waiting for an appointment these days. Staff do their best but system just seems to be overloaded.
Car park is small. Only complaint is that reception staff need to be a bit more people friendly when talking to patients especially when they are unwell. Also I don't mind giving a brief description of my reason for the call but they can be too intrusive questions
Cannot praise DR Didehvar enough, I get extremely nervous in a doctor setting and she managed to keep me calm and was extremely friendly throughout my appointment, she went through each step clearly and helped at every turn.If I have to return I will see no other doctor. She's amazing.
