I have to have regular blood tests. I have found the only clinician who manages always to access a vein with no fuss or major bruising is Sara at Queen Victoria. She is incredibly efficient, always punctual and I will not book with any one else. Thank you very much Sara!

Just recovering from a nasty cold/flu that ingluded a chest infection. Easy over the phone appointments & another one at the surgery meant that what could have turned very nasty was resolved. From reception staff to 3 different Doctors received excellent care/service as always.nnThank you
I just wanted to sing your praises really.  My son needed a doctors appointment this morning and he wanted to see Dr Carter but was told he wasn't in so booked one with a different doctor.nWithin a few minutes, the receptionist called him back to say he was in after all and changed the appointment.nShe didn't have to do that ..... it was a very kind thing to do.nThank you!
