I registered at Park surgery after having one of the worst experiences in my life at my previous GP surgery in this area and it’s been nothing short of amazing and so different from the treatment I was given my previous GP practice! I had my first appointment with Dr Didehvar on Monday and she was kind, patient and helpful and she treated me with the utmost dignity! I have two chronic conditions which are very difficult to manage day to day but the appointment was so different from what I had experienced with my previous surgery that I broke down as I actually felt valued, seen and listened to! Furthermore, the reception team have been pleasant to speak to and very helpful. I just wanted to say a huge thank you and I’m so glad and grateful to be a patient at this wonderful surgery!
Excellent all round. I have found all staff, receptionist, doctors and nurses very professional and helpful. I have found in past experience with my previous gp surgery that receptionists have at times not really had an idea on how to solve a problem and just had the whatever attitude, I have not experienced this once at park surgery.nExtremely helpful staff. Thank you.
since moving into Hernebay, this surgery and Broomfield, have been an enlightening experience.nnfrom the reception to the doctors, they listen and follow up. this is amazing after moving from a practice, that was extremly rude and never available..nnto be honest the practice deserves a rating well above just the 5 stars available here...nnThankyou on behalf of myself and my wife.. great service Dave Woodward
I have to have regular blood tests. I have found the only clinician who manages always to access a vein with no fuss or major bruising is Sara at Queen Victoria. She is incredibly efficient, always punctual and I will not book with any one else. Thank you very much Sara!
