Really impressed with my first visit. Reception team were very friendly and helpful. The Dr I dealt with was great. I highly recommend the surgery, such a refreshing change to some.
This place is unreal. EVERY month my prescription gets messed up! I have a very strict diet of which requires certain special foods. We have clearly stated where we need the prescriptions sent, even a primary school child would understand! And still every month they mess it up and I recieve half or even no food when I need it…which makes my health go down hill.nI can’t actually believe there is a department that deals with prescriptions alone!!!nWow. How simple do I have to make it for you lot to send it to the right place. Jokers
So fed up with waiting on the phone at both Beltinge & Station Road for long periods of time only to be cut off and its not mobile its land line. This has been going on for years. About time this medical practice got a decent phone system or employed enough staff to answer the phones in a decent time period
I had my cateract surgery there on Saturday and all I can say is that it was outstanding from beginning to end. The receptionist was so kind and found me a taxi to get home after I had tried numerous firms! Thank You!
