I find the reception staff rather lovely usually, Ali especially seems positive and a few others. You get seen rather promptly in comparison to most surgeries also usually can get an appointment in a week or before if lucky. I find the nursing staff nice too, nurse Pallas was fab for smears. Regarding the staff I've had one or two issues with a few, I think just clashes in personality and bedside manner styles I suppose, we all have sort of people we click with more I guess, but nothing horrific! I'd personally recommend Dr Williams, Dr. Usman, I think it's.Dr. Charlewood but I may be wrong on the name there. I find these gps rather sympathetic and suit me personally, I like their attitudes. I may have missed a few out there sorry. It is a generally good practice and I'm happy I changed from my old one.
