The worst service ever. They never call back. Tried so many times to book appointments for my 10 month baby when she had tonsillitis and then chest infection and they refused. They refused to see a baby for God's sake!!!! Incredible rude and the worst gp experience I have ever had. Stay away!
Been with them since the late seventies, first class, rough times we have gone through in the last few years have disrupted the service obviously. But overall great.
Awful. Receptionist possibly the most unhelpful person in the world yet they want a pay rise. What a joke.
Most of the reception staff are incredibly rude and put minimal effort into their duties. It has been this way for literal decades and today was no different...I called up for my repeat prescription. Once it was ordered the receptionist didn't bother to confirm when it would be ready to collect. Instead I could literally hear her slamming the phone down...as if doing her bloody job was an inconvenience to her... I've been on my meds long enough to know the general rule of thumb is that a prescription will be ready to collect two days after the order was placed. However it is one of the receptionists duties to ensure she always confirms this kind of information to the patient. The fact she would rather audibly slam the phone down rather than do her job properly shows she is terrible at her job. Frankly the reception staff have always been an issue here and most of them need to be replaced.
The Doctors are excellent but I have to mark it down due the whole user-unfriendlyness experience that their services provide. If you work full time it's near impossible to get a repeat prescription and you can only register to do it online if you physically visit the surgery for a paper form. That's just stupid. I've been without my prescription drugs for a few weeks now and I fear I'm going to have to start missing work and therefore losing pay because of the inconvenience of not being available to call them when they dictate I have to.
Tried to make an appointment for my husband, carnt even get a telephone call back until a weeks time, our NHS has gone its beyond broken, it takes 2 mins to get through to anyone because we have to listen to the speel of covid, no wonder people are getting missed diagnosis, all other illnesses are being ignored
My experience at Kingston park doctors I've had covid and needed a sick note for work when I rang to get one I was told I had to down load one on line I tried to download one but didn't have a clue what to do so rang back and the lady on the other end tried to talk me through it I said I didn't understand she said well iam sorry I can't help you I have phone calls I have to make I only want a sick note as I am unwell for work terrible experience at Kingston park medical group
Bad, bad, bad service, unfriendly staff
GPS are ok when you can actually get to speak to one. Reception staff are very sharp and unhelpful
