Amazing experience! They definitely deserve Michelin star

Easily the best restaurant north of Inverness in the Highlands of Scotland, deserves a Michelin star. Lots of fresh local seafood and meat dishes, with just picked seasoning and subtle flavors. The wine list has an extensive selection of very rare wines, and if you are a lover of fine Bordeaux wines, this place is just right for you. The view over the north sea is perfect for romantic sunset. Get the window table if you want romance in your life. Jeffrey

I second everything JJ said and if you want to experience cooking at it's absolute best, book now! I recommend it to anyone going to the area - if you enjoy excellent food, really it is a must. We shall be back late October and we can't wait!
