Having just arrived in Belfast after stepping off a plane, we were looking for somewhere close to our hotel in the city centre for brunch, and we stumbled upon this amazing little cafe whilst searching on Google Maps! Upon arrival, we were quickly greeted, with a friendly smile, seated and given menus, and from there we order some drinks and then some food. Both were respectively brought out quickly, and both were equally as amazing, with the milkshake being creamy and thick, and the food being hot and very tasty - and very fresh too! The sandwich and wrap were both stuffed with fillings, and were both very flavorful! The bill was very modest, and given the quick and friendly service, we left happy and content and ready for the day ahead
We found this place after walking around Belfast all day. Most of the menu is less than £8 and the food is delicious. Portions are massive. A good place to end a day in Belfast. Definitely going back whenever I’m in Belfast again. 5 out 5 stars.
Had another amazing meal at The Other Place tonight. My friends and I are regulars here and are never disappointed. The menu has something for everyone and the food is tasty and very high quality. They have great options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff are so friendly here and there is a great atmosphere. The owner in particular always makes a point of coming to chat to you and very welcoming. You would find it difficult to get such delicious food for such a reasonable price anywhere else in Belfast! I will definitely be back again.
Nice staff, the burger was amazing, the onion rings were huge and very tasty. The service was very good. Recommend
Espresso machine is broken which is understandable, but then the omelettes came out completely burnt with no flavor. I also ordered a tea that came after the food. No one asked us how the food was until we asked for the check. Also caused a post meal argument. Would not recommend, you’re better off at the Tesco down the street.
Firstly, food is amazing! I’ve never tasted food as fresh and enjoyable ever. Once I stepped foot into the restaurant I was constantly asked was everything okay with my order and food, which I thought was amazing service. The staff in the other place are so so friendly I’ve never been in a restaurant that made me feel so welcome in my life!!! I will 100% be back at the other place. And I just want to thank all the staff for the pleasant attitude towards me and my friends.

Really good food at a reasonable price. The staff are really friendly 5 stars for them and the food.
Went here with a friend for lunch & ordered a wrap & soup. I'm not a picky eater but it was possibly the worst meal I've had out & I had to send it back. The soup was like something they'd serve you in prison. Just make a regular vegetable soup as the soup of the day!! The waitresses were very accommodating & apologetic & I got a dessert instead it was 10/10 because the veggie options weren't the best. My friend's meal looked pretty good tbf & she really enjoyed it.
This is without a doubt my favourite place in Belfast to eat. The food is always fantastic - especially the honey chilli chicken and the sizzling fajitas. You get a lot for your money and the atmosphere is very friendly. I'll be coming here for years to come. Good home-cooked food!
