I loved the idea of a healthy alternative to a lunchtime treat and the first time I went I really enjoyed the food, despite the steep price of £5.75 for a vegetarian salad. However, the second time I bit into a staple over halfway through my meal. I have messaged the company twice to inform them of this and, despite being a clear health and safety hazard, have yet to receive a response.
Used to be fantastic. Not impressed this time around. Only spicy chicken available for a ceasar salad. Not chopped long enough. No smoothies available. Toilets out of order.. Got the impression the staff just wanted to clean up and go homeFood: 3/5
I waited 5+ minutes to just place my order, with only one person preparing foods. The other two were just fiddling behind the counter with their backs turned, and my presence was not even acknowledged. The food I was served was fresh, but the price was extortionate! Will not be rushing back.Food: 2/5
OVERPRICED and underfilled- Paid £7.90 for a Caesar salad bowl that was half full. Will go to seed next time as their bowls are much fuller
The food was nice but I didn't even get to finish ordering what I wanted in my bowl before it was rushed to the side and chopped up. Ended up paying almost £7 for lettuce, onion and falafel. Pretty disappointed.
Amazing experience,from the decorations to the staff,I had mentioned it being my first time there and asked for some help,the staff were happy to help in explaining portion sizes to what would cost me extra charge,I ended up ordering one of the salads and the staff were happy to exchange anything I didn't like for something else I wanted without charging me extra. I think they had mentioned that extra portions would cost extra and if the salad choices or the wrap choices don't suit you it's easier to make your own which is also one of the options,I ended up getting the Asian fusion and found it great!
Really delicious lunch option. Love the lob the gobb salad, menu is varied and tastes super fresh. Good portion sizes.

Fantastic concept and much needed to dilute the fast food rubbish out there. Loved my salad box and smoothie. Only gripe is the cost of £10.30. I don’t imagine the company will last long at those prices. When did a salad become a treat for the family lol hopefully the owners eventually employ common sense prices to generate repeat business and loyal customers. Avg lunch for anyone is around £5 or £6 max.
