We went into the shop to order some flowers for a family funeral. Fiona was very helpful and showed a great understanding of what we required. We wanted something a little more natural including some unusual flowers such as delphiniums, eryngium and hellebores. Otherwise we left it to the ladies at The Orangery to create the large hand-tied arrangement. We were thrilled with the stunning result which exceeded our expectations and was complemented by others. Overall beautiful flowers and excellent value for money. Thank you!

We needed to send flowers from abroad and chose this flower shop due to great reviews. They did not disappoint with superb personal service on the phone. Fiona helped me and she listened and helped with choice. Flowers were delivered with care, and were stunning. Thank you

Really poor unfortunately, made an online order for Christmas Eve delivery, probably about a 3 weeks before the delivery date, but the flowers weren't delivered. I then had to follow up to find out what happened and the store was closed. The money was taken from my account. I then had to rearrange the delivery for January. Pretty bad unfortunately because the flowers were nice.

Sent a fabulous bouquet from my lovely daughter for my birthday. The choice of flowers were so pretty; white roses, blue thistles. Freesias, amongst many others which were delicate and fragrant. Thank you for the care and skill which was taken making such a beautiful display😃 The Orangery are tpp notch!

Beautiful unusual flowers and arrangements, lovely vases and pots, generous thoughtful service. Amazingly good value considering the quality of the flowers and arrangements. And lots of nice little presents for under £10.
