We spoke to someone on the phone re flowers for our wedding. They said to come in for a chat. We drove 40 minutes to come and have a look. When I entered the shop there was a lady standing behind a desk who gave me a dirty look and didn’t even acknowledge that I’d entered the shop. I had to initiate the conversation and I gathered very quickly she didn’t want to speak to me. She then went to get someone else who was clearly flustered. They said they were very busy as they had 2 weddings to prepare for. The attitude of the staff was appalling as just because they were preparing for 2 weddings (surely this is just their job anyway) they didn’t want any other distractions. This poor customer service has lost them or business as we will be using a different florist for our wedding.

Excellent wedding flowers, button holes for the gents, mothers corsages, and decoration for the table/ ceremony.  Beautiful, high quality, smelled divine, on time, no hassles.  Very little difference in cost compared to high street big brand stores, but made to order and personalised.  I have no hesitation recommending this shop for wedding flowers.

Great service, beautiful products, nice atmosphere.  We ordered buttonholes for our wedding which were absolutely perfect! We highly recommend Sarah Horne´s flower shop.

The worst customer service possible. Rude & arrogant. Would award 0 stars if possible. (Posted on behalf of my mother who has no internet access)

Despite being given correct times of funeral service, ignored clear instructions & delivered a funeral wreath too late for the service. CCTV at funeral directors captured evidence of late time & delivery yet owner of florist was arrogant and unaccepting of true facts.
