Absolutely ignorant, don’t care about customers , let me down in last moment, even after taking payment by card over the phone.
Unprofessional and pure customers service, but huge ego. Please avoid. I just said my opinion about pricing order I placed by email,  I am a florist myself and said that it’s overpriced, but I must go ahead, and ready to pay. They got furious, and cancelled my order because I said my opinion, called me back and in the rude way talked to me. I placing orders with UK florists 10 years and first time received such a horrible experience.  Simply shocked. My colleagues in shop were a witnesses of all conversations and we couldn’t believe it’s happening!. I was trying to explain me to the owner and mentioned that I am actually florist and wanted to sort out in peaceful way, he was rude: I don’t care who you are and didn’t listen. Wishing them to improve customer case.

I always use this shop and have done for many years. The staff are always friendly and go out of their way to help. I would recommend them for any occasion. First class service.

Ordered a bouquet online for mother day, first time i've ever bought flowers, my Mum was shocked, loved them so much she actually cried!

Didn't have the flowers I ordered via their website, took 2 days to deliver from when I placed the order.  When I called to chase a very smug woman made out it was my fault they didn't have the flowers I had ordered.  Avoid!

I was sent some really beautiful flowers as a suprise gift from my partner, they were absolutely gorgeous! I will defiitely remember to use this place to send flowers myself
