1st time in this wetherspoons. Very clean, clean carpet, staff very helpful and friendly, only waited 5 mins for food and was well presented and hot. Latte coffees were hot. Best one I've been in so far

Myself and a group of friends spent the day in weatherspoons in tredegar yesyerday. We couldn't believe how good the prices were but the staff were really terrific. Rachel's team really looked after us and were great fun.
Not only were items missing from our meals, the steak sauce had a skin on it, they lost tickets and forgot our drinks to go with our meals, the toilets had discarded face masks on the floor and urine on toilet seats, to top it all off the staff don't know how to wear a face mask as it was around her chin the whole time we were there, even whilst she told a gentleman he couldn't come in without a mask, then freely let men she clearly knew into the premises without a mask.nnWhilst the staff tried to rectify the missing items and drinks, the steaks themselves were good enough for the price we paid although we will not be returning to this establishment.
It's a Wetherspoon's, you get what you expect from it. Busy at Christmas and comfortable atmosphere in the afternoon. Staff were friendly and attentive.
